Activate notification or alert when a task is given a different progress status, or if a comment is made to the task.

In our project, we have catalogued more than 1,700 entries in CAT. Of these, cataloguing information for 635 paintings has been published on the project's website. It would be very useful to search / identify these published entries within CAT separately from those that remain unpublished.

Problem: Notes are part of published records, but they sort by last edited, which creates a random order Solution: Implement drag and drop functionality to allow creating the desired sequence

Problem: New features have been added under Master Data, are not easily found; Navigation requires a lot of clicks between sections. Solution: Restructure CAT content and switch to a sidebar nav; introduce sublevels for other sections, like artworks; separate settings and dashboard from cataloguing

Zoom The priority for improvements is the zoom feature. The zoom is so sensitive, it makes it difficult to use. Additionally, there is no need to zoom out past 80% of the original size of the image. Arrows In addition to being able to use the arrow keys to navigate from one media to the next, the arrows on the screen, rather than appearing when hovered over, would be more useful if they were permanently visible, as they are on the PD. Icons The “rotation” feature, rather than being nested in “image adjustments” would be more efficient as it's own icon. One icon could replace the four different buttons, as long as it was distinguishable from the “revert to default view” icon, which as it is now, could be confused with a rotate arrow. Additional features/design Reduce the width of the margin on the left (for text and thumbnails) Speed up the loading of the image (load as a complete image, rather than mosaically) Use the "esc" button to leave the document viewer and return to the main page Thanks!

On platforms like Google, when you logout, your place is saved so that if you have a tab open to, for example, a particular spreadsheet, when you logout and then log back in, you that tab will open to the same spreadsheet. It would be helpful if when you are log back in to CAT it remembered what page a given tab was on.
