Definition/Clarification of terms: Having some sort of glossary or definition of terms would be helpful, as terms such as “verified” hold different meanings for different projects. Additionally, some of the section headings are unclear. For example, the section heading “published” is misleading, as the metrics that are actually shown are: published, private and unpublished (does “unpublished” mean those artworks which are public but not published?) A title such as “Publication status” may be more accurate. Similarly, the section heading “Included artworks” could be replaced with something like “Inclusion status.” The difference between “examined artworks” and “total examinations” is also unclear to me. Expanded Information/Organization of Information: The current metrics provide a good overview of CAT, but more information is needed to understand the status of different projects, specifically for KPI reporting. For the timeframe, having a filter that is a three-month time frame is helpful because this is the timeframe in which KPIs are reported. In the artwork section, being able to the same metrics for multiple artists at one time is useful. For example, for all published artworks, it would be useful to see how many of those published works are Monet, how many are Gaugin, how many are Wesselmann, etc. Additionally, having different types of metrics in the same place for a singular artist would make interpreting the metrics easier. For example, for Monet, I would like to be able to see and compare the number of published artworks, next to the inclusion status of these artworks. Having to move between different sections makes it more challenging to see the overall status of a project. Alternatively, having some type of logical tree to display the different but related statuses of all artworks would be a useful way to see the overall state of a project. Layout: The "total" number should be at the far right of each section.
