Locating Published Entries in CAT

In our project, we have catalogued more than 1,700 entries in CAT. Of these, cataloguing information for 635 paintings has been published on the project's website. It would be very useful to search / identify these published entries within CAT separately from those that remain unpublished.

Dear Irene,
Thank you for your submission. This seems like a good addition for managing a growing online project.
Until we can get to this, i wanted to inform you of a quick workaround to identify published entries. You can filter for visibility = public and then activate the column "Last published on". The column allows you to distinguish the published entries, because these are the only ones with a date. If you sort by this column, the unpublished entries will be at the end.
Additionally, an art set with all your published works would also help to have quick access to your live catalogue.
