Problem: In the UI users only see the most recent state of the data. User cannot see which of the public artwork data is actually published to the website. Users do not know when the last artwork version was published and whether it may be affected by any spotted irregularity. Possible solution: Display, in an understandable and usable way, the history of changes that have taken place throughout time as well as the performer of those changes. The changelog documents all data changes. The editing history of each field should be available to users so that they can see which team member changed what and when

Problem: During the research and editing phase there are many small tasks spread scross all artwork records. I have to commnicate with colleagues outside of the platform and keep track of multiple to do lists, but I am not able track this accurately using other tools. From the data presented on the artwork records I cannot see which tasks I had planned or if they are done. The only way to document that information still needs to be verified or has been verified already are notes, but I have no system for this workaround. To finalize an artwork record mutliple actions are required that may span across multiple months. Examples for task that need to be completed and assigned would be: verifying information with museums or auction houses, look up publications in libraries or request access and review external archives. Requirements: As a researcher I want to assign tasks related specific data points so that I can work on them later. As an editor I want to review open tasks related to an artwork so that I can asses the state of the data and finalize and artwork for publishing

Problem: The KPIs I want to identify are more complex than the search filters available in CAT. I need to report numbers regularly, but I have no fast way of getting then and am dependant on N.a's assitance Possible solution: Display an overview of the KPIs that derive from the data

The default visibility status should be PUBLIC for every new Event or Entity in CAT. We have specific Entities and Events that should be default PUBLIC, but we also had some questions about publications. Confirm No Change: Archives New Resource (Collections, Series, Files, Items) should be default PRIVATE. Request Change: We would like the default visibility status to be PUBLIC for the following: Entity: New Exhibition Event: New Venue Sub-Event: New Agent linked to Venue Entity: New Auction Event: New Auction House Publication Questions We would like the default visibility status to be PUBLIC for new publications, as well, however we want to know how it will impact the sales catalogues published on our digital projects.

Some projects have their own website but there is very little content on there. For these clients, it almost makes no sense to keep their minimal website. Would it be worth it to integrate the few things that they have on their website that we don't? Those would be: * simple content pages like artist bio * contact page and forms (collector's form)
