Problem: In the UI users only see the most recent state of the data. User cannot see which of the public artwork data is actually published to the website. Users do not know when the last artwork version was published and whether it may be affected by any spotted irregularity.

Possible solution: Display, in an understandable and usable way, the history of changes that have taken place throughout time as well as the performer of those changes. The changelog documents all data changes. The editing history of each field should be available to users so that they can see which team member changed what and when
