Update sorting by title to exclude articles

In the published CRs as well as in the Bearden preview environment, when you are on the artwork search page and sort by title, artworks with an article at the beginning of their name are sorted into the first letter of the article rather than the first letter of the actual title. For example, Degas' "La coiffure" is sorted under "L" instead of "C" and Bearden's "The Black American in Search of His Identity" is sorted under "T" instead of "B". Chicago Manual of Style dictates that articles should be ignored when sorting titles alphabetically. It would be great if the sorting function was updated to ignore articles when sorting alphabetically.

This could also be applied to the sorting of publications in the bibliographic index for PDs. For example, the article "A Powerful 'Spokesman' for the Negro–with His Brush." Elegant 3, no. 4 (March 1967), pp. 28–31, 64. is sorted under "A" in the Bearden preview environment when it should really be sorted under "P"
