Problem: When I receive a research request, I can't rely on the information provided by the collectors. Often I have to try random title variations to find a mass of works that's close enough and then do a visual comparison with the image I have been sent.

Possible solution: Upload an image and find visually similar artwork entries, so you don't have to rely on titles for identifying works. An image search could also identify archival resources that contain artwork reproductions
