Allow administrators to "bulk publish" all the public artworks within a certain artwork set.

The new functionality in Master Data / Notes filter by artist or Artwork Set search only in the Globals notes. It will be great to be able to search in all Art Events for an Artwork: Provenance + Exhibitions + Publications. Thanks, Françoise
